Topic: Everything that you need to know about the DCSA.

Event Summary:  Please come and learn about the most prestigious conservation award in the BSA.  Mr. Hupp, with the Sam Houston Area Council Conservation Committee will be presenting all that you need to know about the award.  He has held professional and volunteer roles involving conservation and would be glad to answer your questions regarding the award, merit badge requirements, as well as potential projects.

Presenter: Mr. Stephen Hupp

·       Eagle Scout

·       SHAC Conservation Committee member,  Conservation Awards Coordinator and Distinguished   Conservation Service Award Advisor

·       Retired from Harris County Pollution Control Services and enforced the Pollution Laws of Texas

·       Former Water Quality Director for Bayou Preservation Association and performed a variety of projects enhancing local habitats.
